Case Disk

The Case Disk is an interchangeable component of the Case Annealer and is available in several diameters to accommodate different cartridge families. Each disk is sized to provide reliable case support and smooth rotation during the annealing cycle.

Performance Notes

For stable operation, the hole diameter of the Case Disk should be at least 0.4 mm larger than the widest part of the cartridge case. This ensures the case seats correctly, rotates freely and transitions cleanly to the next position without binding.

Case Disks can be swapped without tools, allowing quick changes between cartridge groups. This is particularly useful for reloaders who process multiple calibres.

Case Disks are offered with the following hole diameters:

• Mini – 10mm
• Standard – 12,7mm
• Magnum – 14,1mm
• 338 Lapua – 15,7mm
• 50 BMG – 21mm
