SHIPPING OPTIONS
We currently offer shipping options exclusively via DHL to the European Union and other European countries such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. Within Germany we ship via DHL Kleinpaket and DHL Paket. For all other European destinations we use DHL Warenpost International or DHL Paket International. Shipping costs will be added to the stated product prices. The shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the delivery address, the size, the weight and the value of the products being purchased.
If you don’t see a shipping option during checkout, please get in contact with us. We will try to find a shipping solution for you.

PAYMENT
In our shop you can choose between the following payment methods:
Direct bank transfer (2% discount)
If you choose payment via direct bank transfer, we will send you our bank details in a separate email. The 2% discount is automatically applied during checkout. The total amount stated in the order confirmation must be transferred within 14 days. If no payment is received within this period, the order will be cancelled automatically. We will ship your order as soon as the payment has been received.
Mollie (eps, Bancontact, iDEAL, Credit Cards)
Payments via eps, iDEAL, Bancontact and credit cards are processed securely through Mollie. You do not need a Mollie account. The payment is completed immediately after the order is placed and you will receive further instructions during checkout.
PayPal
The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further instructions during the order process.
